My Ryzen 3600 was really starting to struggle, so I decided to upgrade to a 5500X3D through PC Tec UK after discovering them in an online article.
I placed my order on a Sunday and followed up on Monday with Safwaan, who confirmed it right away. A few hours later, I was sent all the tracking details along with clear instructions and precautions to take before installing the new chip.
The CPU arrived on Tuesday morning in perfect condition - complete with extra thermal paste, which was a huge bonus as I didn't have any left. The customer service was top-notch throughout, and the entire process was handled extremely professionally. I would happily recommend PC Tec UK to anyone needing a CPU upgrade!

Needed an upgrade to my AM4 system as my Ryzen 5 3600 was starting to get a bit long in the tooth and was struggling.
Decided initially to try to find a second hand 5500X3D when I stumbled upon PC Tec UK.
I will be honest I was initially sceptical given the prices they were charging and that they were unknown to me, however after looking at online reviews I was impressed and decided to go ahead with my purchase.
Within around 2 hours I had an email from them advising of an issue with my address (my fault, forgot the door number), this was resolved in half an hour, which on a Sunday, for me is really going the extra mile.
I then received conformation that my CPU had been shipped the following day and by the Tuesday morning had the CPU in my hand.
In addition to this I received WhatsApp messages from Safwaan with extra instructions on how to install the CPU along with pictures of top and bottom of the chip and it being packaged ready to send.
Installation went well with a small packet of thermal grease included which was just enough to do the job, only issues I had were user error on my part relating to UEFI settings. On e these were corrected I was into Windows and enjoying the increased FPS in many of my games where my 3600 was causing bottlenecks.
Overall I am extremely happy with both my order and the service I received from Safwaan and would highly recommend PC Tec UK and will certainly use them again in the future.

Bought this cpu to upgrade my current setup as I was moving from an Intel 9700 Sefwaan was an absolute top bloke the whole way through was helpful whether it was shipping or even after installation what to download to stress test or monitor temps absolutely chuffed with my upgrad if there ever come a time to rephrase you can bet I will use these again.

Absolutely exceptional service from PC Tec UK from start to finish.
I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D OEM processor from them for my first ever PC build, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being my first build, I'd spent a huge amount of time researching the parts I wanted and was naturally a little cautious about where I bought them from, particularly when buying an OEM CPU rather than from one of the massive retailers.
From the moment I ordered, the communication from PC Tec UK was brilliant. I was kept updated throughout, everything arrived exactly as it should, and what really impressed me was that the service didn't simply end once they'd taken my money and delivered the CPU.
We stayed in contact afterwards and I sent over some pictures of the completed build. He took a genuine interest in how it had turned out, gave me feedback and even sent voice notes. That personal level of customer service is something you simply don't get very often anymore, particularly from the big retailers.
The 7800X3D itself has been absolutely fantastic and the completed system has exceeded my expectations. For my first ever build, I'm incredibly happy with how it turned out.
I don't normally go out of my way to write lengthy reviews, but when someone provides this level of service I think they deserve the recognition. Excellent price, excellent communication, completely trustworthy and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Great service, quick delivery, great support that wasn’t asked for or expected without asking. This is obviously their service standards and automatically support people. Systems work brilliant and the processor. I would definitely recommend these guys. First time builder at the age of 43 and the last computer I built was windows 3.11 with MSDOS at 14. Huge thanks to Safwaan at PC Tec UK! Grabbed a Ryzen 7 5700X as an upgrade from my old 3600X. Arrived quickly and safely packaged. Dropped it onto my B450 motherboard, and it booted up immediately. Ran a full Cinebench stress test, hit 3,111 pts on multi-core with boost clocks peaking at 4.64 GHz, all while keeping super cool at just 61.9°C under 100% load. Top-tier service and a flawless processor. Highly recommend!
