AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core AM5 OEM Tray CPU/Processor

Bought this cpu to upgrade my current setup as I was moving from an Intel 9700 Sefwaan was an absolute top bloke the whole way through was helpful whether it was shipping or even after installation what to download to stress test or monitor temps absolutely chuffed with my upgrad if there ever come a time to rephrase you can bet I will use these again.

Absolutely exceptional service from PC Tec UK from start to finish.

I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D OEM processor from them for my first ever PC build, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being my first build, I'd spent a huge amount of time researching the parts I wanted and was naturally a little cautious about where I bought them from, particularly when buying an OEM CPU rather than from one of the massive retailers.

From the moment I ordered, the communication from PC Tec UK was brilliant. I was kept updated throughout, everything arrived exactly as it should, and what really impressed me was that the service didn't simply end once they'd taken my money and delivered the CPU.

We stayed in contact afterwards and I sent over some pictures of the completed build. He took a genuine interest in how it had turned out, gave me feedback and even sent voice notes. That personal level of customer service is something you simply don't get very often anymore, particularly from the big retailers.

The 7800X3D itself has been absolutely fantastic and the completed system has exceeded my expectations. For my first ever build, I'm incredibly happy with how it turned out.

I don't normally go out of my way to write lengthy reviews, but when someone provides this level of service I think they deserve the recognition. Excellent price, excellent communication, completely trustworthy and genuinely passionate about what they do.

I'd happily buy from PC Tec UK again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone building or upgrading a PC.

Great job and helpful advice

Amazing purchase. The guy messaged me before receive the CPU (which took a day to arrive) with advice about doing stress test and links to software options to do it. Better service than Scan or Overclockers. The CPU (7800x3d) works amazing as I have amazing numbers on cinebench, so even a win in the silicone lottery. Definitely the place tu buy a CPU.

I bought the Ryzen 7 7800 X3D from . I'd been looking at various sites for this specific CPU and the price from PC Tec UK was the best around. The service and communication from Safwaan from beginning to end has been first class. The 7800 X3D is working perfectly in my new pc. I highly recommend getting your CPUs from here. I didn't get a picture of it while installing it unfortunately but I have added a picture with it in action in my pc!

Great Communication, absolute awesome guy dealt with me and had a friendly chat back and forth, would hope these guys can expand their inventory as I believe this would be a great option to shop and use over many other sites currently available, reminds me of early Ebuyer days
