It is the best option for AM4 and gaming. Super smooth , PC boots faster. Needs good cooling throw , because it has temperature spikes easily.
My PC is definitely upgraded from Ryzen 5 3600.
I upgraded from a 3600 to this 5700x3d and almost doubled my fps on cs2. night and day difference to the performance cannot recommend enough. I have been looking for this cpu for awhile and to find it brand new and at cheaper prices than I was contemplating getting 2nd hand, I could not recommend more, very fast delivery and amazing service so glad i managed to get one if your looking for this CPU your gonna struggle to find a better price.

Even though AMD has stopped manufacturing these processors, it is still an incredible value for money.
I upgraded from a Ryzen 4500 (paired with a 4060 TI) and the 3D V-Cache demonstrates the stress that it can deal with. It is an incredibly fast CPU and the best option for anyone still using an AM4 board.
I predominantly play large scale multiplayer games such as Battlefield and MMO's. This processor takes virtually anything you throw at it without compromising on quality.
First of all, there is no difference between boxed and OEM version of this processor. I've tested both versions and didn't notice any. So CPU provides all the expected performance and is great to pair with high end systems. Great price, I need a CPU not the box. Perfect!
