90-Day Warranty Policy for Tray Processors


Coverage Period:
This warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. 


What Is Covered:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions of the tray CPU processor. It does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, modification, overclocking, accidental damage, or any unauthorized repair attempts.


Initial 30 Days from Purchase:
If the processor is deemed faulty within the first 30 days from the date of purchase:

The customer is eligible for a return, full refund, and replacement.

The CPU will first be verified and tested by our technical team.

If a fault is confirmed, the requested return, refund, or replacement will be processed promptly.

If no fault is found, the processor will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.


Day 31 to the end of day 90:
If the processor develops a fault after the initial 30 days: The customer is eligible for a replacement only without the option for a refund. A refund will only be offered if the same specification processor isn't available. 

The processor must be returned for inspection and testing at the customer’s expense. We advise tracked and insured shipping in case of lost during transit.

If a fault is verified, a replacement unit will be issued as well as shipping refunded for sending the CPU. Please keep record of the return shipping to us so that we can process the refund accordingly. Refunds will not be authorised if proof of return shipping is not made available at the time of requesting. 

If the processor is found to be fully functional, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.


Verification Process:
In all cases, returned processors are subject to thorough testing and verification to determine fault. No action (refund or replacement) will be taken until testing is completed. Allow up to 10 working days for us to test any returns. We will then reach out to you with the appropriate course of action and offer a solution should a fault be verified. 

 


Return Shipping Costs:
Within 30 days: Return shipping is covered if a fault is verified.

After 30 days or if no fault is found: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are not covered for items found to be functional and no fault is found.

 


Additional Notes:
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

Serial numbers must match our records.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
