1 Year Warranty Policy for AMD Ryzen Processors Effective: 12/11/2025

1. Coverage Period

Warranty is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

2. Product Scope

Applies to all AMD Ryzen tray processors supplied, including both brand new and tested working units.

3. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults that occur under normal use conditions.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, overclocking, or operation outside manufacturer specifications. It also does not cover physical damage, or damage caused by other system components including motherboard, power delivery, or cooling failures.

Damage resulting from incorrect handling or external electrical events is also excluded.

5. Claims Within 30 Days

If a fault is confirmed within 30 days of purchase, the customer is eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Claims After 30 Days (Up to 1 Year)

After 30 days and within the warranty period, eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement where available.
Replacements may be supplied as brand new, refurbished, or tested working units. Any refurbished or tested units are verified for full functionality prior to dispatch.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Verification Process

All returned processors are tested to verify the reported fault. Please allow up to 7 days for inspection and diagnosis before a resolution is provided.

If no fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer. Return shipping will apply in such cases.

8. Serial Number Requirement

Returned processors must have a legible serial number for verification against sales records.
If the serial number is missing or cannot be verified, the warranty claim will be refused.

9. Return Shipping

If a fault is confirmed, return shipping will be covered via prepaid label or QR code.

10. General Conditions

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification before any action is taken.
