1 Year Warranty Policy for AMD Ryzen Processors (effective 11:00 AM, 12/11/2025)
Coverage Period:
Warranty is valid for a period of 1 year or 365 days from the date of purchase.
Important Note on OEM/Tray Processors:
Due to the nature of OEM (Tray) processors, these units are supplied without original packaging, bundled coolers, or extended manufacturer warranties, which explains the difference in price compared to boxed CPUs.
We now offer a 1-year warranty on all tray processors. We encourage you to thoroughly test the CPU to ensure stability and performance. If any issues arise within this period, please contact us promptly for a replacement or refund where applicable.
What Is Covered:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions of the tray processor.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, overclocking, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs, nor damage from external factors such as motherboard BIOS overvolting or overclocking, or any burn or scorch marks on the CPU. To help prevent issues, we recommend keeping your BIOS updated and using default power settings. Processors showing visible or physical damage will not be accepted for warranty claims under any circumstance.
Within The Warranty Period:
If a processor is found to be faulty within 1 year (365 days) of purchase, the customer is eligible for a replacement. A full refund is available only within the first 30 days. After that, returns are accepted for replacement. All CPUs will be verified and tested before any action is taken. If a fault is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly. If a replacement unit is not available, a refund may be issued.
No Fault Found Returns:
If, after inspection, no fault is found with the processor, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. This policy helps prevent return abuse and ensures fairness.
Verification Process:
In all cases, returned processors are subject to thorough testing and verification to determine fault. No action (refund or replacement) will be taken until testing is completed. Allow up to 10 days for us to test any returns. We will then reach out to you with the appropriate course of action and offer a solution if a fault is verified.
Return Shipping Costs:
There are no return shipping costs for you. We will provide a shipping label or QR code label to return a faulty processor.
Additional Notes:
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
Serial numbers must match our records. If there are any discrepancies, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage of the item.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To ensure your processor is fully functional, we strongly recommend that upon receipt you perform thorough stress testing with the latest BIOS installed. Using trusted applications like Prime95 or OCCT will help verify stability and performance.
