Fantastic service

I bought a Ryzen 7 5700x from PC Tec. They are tray CPUs meaning that they don't have an included cooler or retail packaging. Neither were an issue for me and the saving was £30-£40 over the next cheapest option, so well worth it. PC Tec offer a 1 year warranty and whilst I haven't had to use it, based on the other positive feedback I'm confident it would be honoured.

Safwaan acknowledged my order within 4 minutes of placing it, and despite being past the stated cutoff time for delivery on the website, posted it that same day less than 30 minutes later. I received the CPU the next day, very well packaged, and installed with no issues. It's been running flawlessly since then.

Safwaan also included thermal paste and sent detailed instructions on upgrading from my old CPU, which included a few issues that I ran into.

This type of attentive service is something that big businesses just can't compete with.

Highly recomended fantastic after sales, offered tips on undervolting for max performace, gave me advice on the motherboard i was using..........if only every companty was like this A+++

Arrived fast as described and good customer service run a cpu stress test on muti thread 10 mins kept stable and run a single thread test and that was stable two.everything running good on an 120mm aio cooler.

Amazing value and performance.

The chip works great, running it with PBO enabled. PC Tec were amazing with their communication and shipping times despite it being New Year's. Highly recommend using them for OEM CPUs as the value is unbeatable and the performance is the same. For anyone that has doubts, I have been stress testing and tweaking the PBO curve for about a week now and it runs like a dream, these are genuine chips, just not off the shelf like you can purchase on Amazon. OC UK etc. Paired mine with the 9070 XT and 32GB of 6000MT/s CL34 DDR5 on the AORUS x870 Elite X3D. Loving my new rig!
