Was a bit dubious when ordering, but excellent comms, told me what was happening, gave advice on the install via Whatsapp, provided tracking.

I didn't use the supplied paste, but it was there.

CPU plugged in and running with no issues at all.

They even provided some links to free software to test the CPU once it was installed.

Would definitely use again.

The product arrived really quickly via Royal Mail 24Hr service. It was packaged very safely and Safwaan had even included some complementary thermal paste.

The customer experience was great - not only did I get updates on when the product was dispatching, tracking info etc. PC Tek UK & Safwaan explained I’d need to prepare the motherboard with new BIOs, how to replace the CPU if Windows BitLocker was in use and provided more than enough information to make the hardware swap nice and easy.

I’ve had my processor installed for just over a week and it’s running perfectly. It’s a great, cheaper option for upgrading an AM4 PC (and avoiding the expensive replacement of DDR4 to DDR5 RAM etc. in the current situation)

What a superb company! Safwaan dealt with my order of a new Ryzen 5 5600x cpu. From start to finish I was updated on when the order was packaged, sent in the post and when it would be delivered. Voice texts via WhatsApp made it all feel so personal. This processor is great.it has a much lower voltage draw than higher rated processors while giving almost as good performance.

I've been trying to get a decent upgrade to my CPU for ages while being stuck on an AM4 architecture for a while longer. While other models like the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D and 5800X3D sell for more second hand than they were new, this proved to be an excellent choice to upgrade my old CPU and bring much needed life back into my set-up to enjoy smoother and nicer-looking gameplay.

I upgraded from a Ryzen 7 3700X, and the difference is really significant. The 3D V-Cache is literally a game-changer, even though this has fewer cores than other chips. I've been able to increase my FPS and everything is so much smoother too (no stuttering issues).

It requires more effort to cool, so while my current cooler can do the job it is maxed out and loud, so worth noting you may need to upgrade your CPU cooler if you upgrade from a similar CPU to me which didn't generate as much heat. But a new cooler is cheap enough, but worth bearing in mind.

My overall experience has been great. The price was unbeatable and the checkout process was quick and seamless. The CPU arrived fast and was incredibly well packaged.
