The best customer service for a long time. The whole process was enjoyable, from the speedy delivery of my CPU. To the guidance on fitting it. I was unsure about the site at first as I'd not heard of them, but it seemed to be the only place to get a 5500x3d. All worries evaporated as soon as the communication began. There were regular updates on shipping, guides on how to replace the CPU and personal voice messages on WhatsApp that helped me through the whole installation process. I couldn't have asked for more. Changing the CPU went fine, and was the first time I'd ever changed one. The guides and advice provided really helped. If you are thinking of buying a CPU I would highly recommend ordering from here. For my first build I got the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, runs very smooth, fast and maintains a good temperature for this CPU. Best pricing I could find too.

I bought the Ryzen 7 7800 X3D from . I'd been looking at various sites for this specific CPU and the price from PC Tec UK was the best around. The service and communication from Safwaan from beginning to end has been first class. The 7800 X3D is working perfectly in my new pc. I highly recommend getting your CPUs from here. I didn't get a picture of it while installing it unfortunately but I have added a picture with it in action in my pc!

Great processor. Upgraded the stock 5500 in my pre-built Storm Force with this and a Freezer 35 cooler. Worth every penny, now getting the full power out of my 5060 with stable temps!
