Fast delivery no marks or bent pins worked straight out the box with no issues definitely will be buying again.

Decided to go for 5700X over 5500X3D as I play a lot of BeamNG (uses more cores), and this was obviously a bit cheaper. Probably for FPS games (e.g., CSGO, CoD, etc.) you should go for the 5500X3D, but for the games I play and work I need it to do, this is great (and with a lower TDP). TIP: You should PBO this chip for cooler temps and a small performance boost, especially for multithreaded work/games.
Customer service was on point - true dedication from Safwaan and you can tell he enjoys his job 👍 Royal Mail took a bit longer than they should've to get it to me (ordered late Monday, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Friday), but this was no fault of PC Tec.
Service was great in advising removal of old CPU, installation of new CPU, stress testing, etc.
All-in-all happy with the price and service overall 👏
