Shipping Method

We only ship to Mainland UK addresses and use Royal Mail's Tracked delivery service. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after your order is placed and confirmed.

Delivery Timeframe

While we use a next business day shipping service with Tracked 24, Royal Mail does not guarantee this and is only an estimation which generally is in line with its name. If in the instance it isn't a next day delivery, please allow 1–3 business days for your package to arrive (depending on the service chosen), as delays may occasionally occur due to: 

  1. Royal Mail service disruptions
  2. Weather conditions
  3. High seasonal demand
  4. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Order Processing 

We generally process orders the same working day, as stated on our site banner. In the rare event we cannot dispatch your order the same day, please allow up to 1 business day for it to be shipped.

Shipping Services & Fees

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on all items as standard, except for select products, which are upgraded to Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm.

Tracking Information

Once your order’s shipping label has been generated, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond 3 business days, please contact us at contact@pctec.uk or on WhatsApp and we will assist you in locating your parcel and resolving the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to help ensure your order reaches you without delay. We’re unable to take responsibility or issue refunds for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Holidays and Peak Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), please anticipate potential delays. We recommend placing orders early during these times.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
