Free returns on faulty CPUs are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Full refunds or a replacement are available in the first 30 days; after that, returns are accepted for replacement.

Even though AMD has stopped manufacturing these processors, it is still an incredible value for money.
I upgraded from a Ryzen 4500 (paired with a 4060 TI) and the 3D V-Cache demonstrates the stress that it can deal with. It is an incredibly fast CPU and the best option for anyone still using an AM4 board.
I predominantly play large scale multiplayer games such as Battlefield and MMO's. This processor takes virtually anything you throw at it without compromising on quality.

First of all, there is no difference between boxed and OEM version of this processor. I've tested both versions and didn't notice any. So CPU provides all the expected performance and is great to pair with high end systems. Great price, I need a CPU not the box. Perfect!

After much research for a cpu upgrade I landed on this one. It ticked all the boxes for me and couldnt be happier. The service from pctec.uk was incredible and the advice was welcome also. The price was great especially for this cpu as I found it quite hard to find online especially for a brand new one. Happy overall with everything.
Great experience overall, from the initial inquiry all the way to using the CPU. I was a bit concerned about the lower price and lack of box, but after a few chats with Safwaan, I bought the CPU. It was dispatched the same day, properly packed and sealed. Thermal paste was included as well and it was all followed up with a few messages on whatsapp, to make sure it's ok.
CPU runs like a charm, performs insanely well in stress tests and stays cool at all times. basically a normal CPU from AMD, at lower than what you can get it for elsewhere.
