Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping Method

We only ship to UK addresses and use Royal Mail's Tracked delivery service. 

Delivery Processing & Timeframe

We’ll dispatch your order by the cut-off time shown in the announcement bar. If no time is listed, dispatch will take place within one business day of confirmation. We aim to ship all orders the same day, but please allow up to one business day for processing.

Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
While Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24 hours, this is not a guaranteed timeframe but an estimation.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm aims to deliver before 1pm the next business day once the order is dispatched.

In some instances delays can occur for a number of reasons, such as:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions
  • Weather conditions, 
  • High seasonal demand 
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Though we are not able to influence the outcome in any of these matters, your patience will be hugely appreciated in any of these matters should they unforeseeably occur. 

Freight Forwarding Addresses

Orders must be shipped directly to the customer's residential or business address.

PC Tec UK does not ship orders to freight forwarding companies, package forwarding services, reshipping addresses, mail forwarding services, or similar third-party logistics providers. 

Any order placed using a freight forwarding address will be cancelled and refunded.

PC Tec UK reserves the right to determine whether an address is considered a freight forwarding or reshipping service.

If you are unsure whether your delivery address is eligible, please contact us before placing an order.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond 4 business days, please contact us at contact@pctec.uk and we will assist you in locating your parcel and resolving the issue. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost/Delayed Items

If your package is lost, please allow up to 8 business days from the delivery due date, as items can occasionally be delayed and still arrive. If the item has not been delivered after this time, we can submit a claim to Royal Mail and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Deliveries to a Safeplace

If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a designated safe place, PC Tec UK may be unable to assist with claims for parcels reported missing after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. To reduce the risk of loss or theft, we recommend selecting redelivery or collection from your local post office where possible. We also recommend monitoring tracking updates closely should you wish to make any delivery amendments before delivery takes place.

Holidays and Peak Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), please anticipate potential delays. We recommend placing orders early during these times.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
