Unwanted and Unused Items Being Returned

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return for unwanted items. Returns are free, and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and undamaged.

If you purchased an optional Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade and subsequently return the item as unwanted, the cost of the Special Delivery upgrade is non-refundable. Refunds for unwanted returns will cover the item price only and will not include any optional delivery upgrade charges.

If there are signs of use, or if we believe the policy is being misused, the return will be declined. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.

What constitutes a β€œused” product

Any processor that has been installed into a motherboard socket and/or had thermal paste applied is considered a used product. Once a CPU has been installed or powered on, it is no longer in its original, unused condition, even if it was only installed briefly for testing.

For AMD AM5 processors, you can typically see markings on the left and right edges of the CPU where the socket retention mechanism makes contact. The presence of these marks clearly indicates installation, and therefore, the CPU is not considered unused beyond this point.

Defects and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective so we can assess and resolve the issue. Within the 1 year warranty period (365 days) which commences from the date of purchase, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. For the first 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement; after 30 days, a replacement only.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the replacement/refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note: all returned items reported as faulty will be thoroughly tested. Refunds will only be issued once a fault has been confirmed.

If no fault is found and the item falls outside the 14-day return window for unwanted goods, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. In such cases, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns of fully functioning items. Please perform thorough troubleshooting and testing before submitting a return request to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. To ensure a smooth and timely return process, we strongly encourage you to fully diagnose any issues before initiating a faulty return. This helps confirm your return meets our criteria and prevents avoidable delays.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. To start this process, please contact us, and we will provide all necessary guidance to ensure your order is cancelled and your money refunded.

If a cancellation request is received after goods have been dispatched, the order will be treated as an unwanted return and handled according to our unwanted items returns policy. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items, provided all return conditions outlined above have been met.

Packaging Returns

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If an item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, it will not be accepted, and the return will be rejected and sent back to the buyer at their expense.

Even if you believe the item is faulty or beyond repair, please package it with the same care as you would a fully functional one. Proper packaging helps ensure the item can be fairly assessed.
